Important Information and terms of service

The Terms and Conditions aims to give you information on how Gifting (Pty)  Ltd (collectively referred to as “Gifting”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms and Conditions) carries out our services.

Delivery

We entrust the responsibility of providing the correct delivery details and recipient information to you as our customer. We will accept no responsibility for the damage which may occur to an arrangement due to the incorrect delivery address being provided. We also place the responsibility of ensuring that the recipient or equivalent is able to receive the arrangement on the date of delivery to you. If delivery cannot be made due to there being no one to receive it the arrangement will either be left with security or brought back to us and you will be charged for the additional delivery fee on the next delivery date.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of flowers we do not accept returns or exchanges. If the order is incorrect or has defects a replacement arrangement will be issued to you and delivered to you.

Cancellations

Cancellations for orders must be made 24 hours or earlier before the delivery date. A full refund including the delivery fee will be issued to you provided that preparation  for your order hasn’t already begun and your flowers have not already been sourced. There are no cancellations on same day orders.

Flower Seasonality

Due to the seasonality of flowers we cannot ensure that the exact same shade of flower will be used across our arrangements. Colours of flowers may vary between bouquets and arrangements. Please be rest assured that we will use the best floral alternatives in the case that a particular flower shade may not be found.

Flower Care

We ensure that our flowers are kept in the most optimal and favourable conditions ensuring their longevity. Please ensure that once you receive your arrangement that you take the necessary steps to preserve your living arrangement. This includes frequent watering, storing of the arrangement in a cool room away from direct sunlight, direct air conditioning and heat. We will not accept any responsibility for any negligence of the florals once the delivery has been made.
